Sales Assistant
Our client, a wholesale apparel manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Assistant in NYC!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support across customer, sales, and operational functions.
- Assist with client communications, inquiries, and relationship management.
- Coordinate and track orders, inventory updates, and other business processes as needed.
- Support team initiatives, projects, and departmental goals.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and support various administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing, sales support, operations, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, adaptable, and eager to learn.
