HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its HORECA Sales Team . We are looking to fill the Sales Officer based at Madurai . Position/Profile Title: Sales Officer Job Location: Madurai Preferred Qualification: Minimum Graduate Experience: 1-5 years Key Responsibilities Develop and expand the HoReCa customer base, including Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, QSRs, Cloud Kitchens, Institutions, and Canteens. Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers within the assigned territory. Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, owners, and key decision-makers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure effective product placement and visibility across customer outlets. Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability, order fulfilment, and timely deliveries. Conduct product presentations, sampling activities, and chef demonstrations to increase product adoption. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and share actionable insights. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables. Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence updates. Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance for seamless customer servicing.
