Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Bronx, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue07:00 AM - 04:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 04:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 04:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You\'ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial real estate common areas, entrances, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, helping to deter unauthorized entry, trespassing, and property damage. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities according to site procedures. Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
