Scan Coordinator

Overview Sprouts Farmers Market, one of the fastest growing natural foods retailers, seeks a Scan Coordinator who is detail-oriented, passionate about inspiring customers, and committed to creating positive shopping experiences. Responsibilities Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes including updating shelf signs, tags, and promotional signs. Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional pricing accuracy, and pricing signage across all departments. Ensure compliance with all company and governmental regulations. Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity. Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent. 1‑3 months of related experience, training, or equivalent education and experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Approachable, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude toward customers, employees, and vendors. Availability for varied hours/days as business dictates. Ability to read price tags, create and post signs; require good vision, stapling, scanning, and computer use; capable of using a step ladder. Physical capability to lift and transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., up to 34 in. in length, up to 8 ft. distance for up to 1 hour; expected to walk up to 4 miles in an 8‑hour shift. Capability to perform repetitive kneeling, squatting, or crouching up to 6 inches from the ground for extended periods.
