Own the systems and records that keep Experitec audit‑ready and qualified to work for our customers. Partner closely with a Field Safety Manager who owns field execution, so you can stay focused on what you do best — systems, tracking, and follow‑through. What does the Safety Coordinator Do? Administer third‑party contractor compliance platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce) to keep Experitec's qualifications and documentation current. Maintain OSHA recordkeeping (300/300A/301) and track safety metrics such as TRIR and EMR used in customer prequalification. Coordinate and track all safety training company‑wide — assigning training, monitoring completion, and following up before requirements lapse. Coordinate drug testing and background screening, including administering testing platforms and managing customer‑required programs. Maintain safety policies, the SDS library, and emergency preparedness documentation so information is current and accessible. Monitor Experitec's fleet management system — location, speed, and camera‑based event data — on a set cadence, track trends and prepare regular reports for leadership. Administer the Safety Committee and support office/site walkthrough tracking, in partnership with the Safety Committee and employee owners. Maintain incident and accident logs and track corrective actions through to closure. Compile and communicate safety metrics and compliance updates to leadership on a regular cadence. What You Will Contribute Strong organization and follow‑through across many concurrent deadlines and systems. A reliable system of record for training, certifications, and compliance documentation across the organization. Accurate, audit‑ready recordkeeping that keeps Experitec qualified to work for our customers. Day‑to‑day monitoring of fleet safety data, flagging patterns and escalating serious or repeat events to the Field Safety Manager. Dependable support that lets field teams focus on their work instead of paperwork. Clear, regular reporting that keeps leadership informed on safety metrics and program status. A collaborative partnership with the Field Safety Manager to keep systems and field execution aligned. Required Skills, Experience & Abilities High School diploma or equivalent. One or more years of experience in safety coordination, compliance, regulatory, quality, or administrative operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Ability to maintain accurate, audit‑ready records and manage version‑controlled documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with employees, vendors, customers, and leadership. Strong ability to manage multiple systems, deadlines, and recurring processes. Professional handling of sensitive employee, medical, and compliance information. Effective cross‑team collaboration with field operations, HR, IT, and leadership. Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with at least three days in office and two days remote. Occasional response to employee questions outside business hours. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record background check. Use of personal vehicle for most work travel; ability to rent a car when required. Domestic travel up to four times per year, possibly including overnight stays. Preferred Skills, Experience & Abilities Bachelor’s degree. Two or more years in a safety‑related position. Two or more years in compliance, regulatory, quality, or program coordination. Experience administering a contractor compliance platform (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce). Experience with a drug testing/background screening platform (DISA, Checkr). Experience administering an LMS or similar training‑tracking system. Experience supporting multi‑site or multi‑state workforces. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or oil & gas field environments. Exposure to quality control processes. Experience with fleet safety programs or vehicle telematics/monitoring systems. Experience with an ERP system. Experience using AI tools or technologies to support safety‑related work.
