You will support the Branch Manager in driving performance and operational excellence while fostering a positive work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsCompliance and Risk Management: Ensure branch activities comply with all banking regulations and internal policies. Identify and mitigate operational risksCustomer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving issues promptly and effectivelyTeam Supervision: Support branch staff, providing training, coaching, and assist Branch Manager with performance evaluations and supervision of day-to-day branch activity in Branch Manager's absenceProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfactionCash Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and securityBranch Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standardsAll other job duties as assigned* The company reserves the right to modify duties and responsibilities over time as needed.Minimum QualificationsMust have a high school diplomaProven ability to manage and develop teams to achieve operational excellencePrior experience in a role working with cash handlingPreferred Qualifications2 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role in the banking industrySkillsStrong understanding of banking regulations, compliance, and risk managementExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailLeadership and motivational skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build strong partnershipsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWork EnvironmentPrimarily office or branch-based environment with standard business hours.
