This position offers a flexible schedule, requiring between 4 to 12 hours per month, with hours varying throughout the year to accommodate our needs. Work Environment After an initial training period of a few weeks, you will have the option to work remotely. In-person meetings will be required 2 to 4 times per month to ensure seamless collaboration. Key Responsibilities Maintain a full and comprehensive understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Manage general ledger upkeep and produce custom reports as needed. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and responsiveness. Qualifications Expertise in QuickBooks Online is essential; certification is preferred but not required. Experience working with long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes, rest homes, or assisted living, is a plus, especially with an emphasis on government grants and funding. Why Join Us?
