Bookkeeper

Westaff Seeking Part-Time Bookkeeper in Wallingford, CT!


Part-Time, up to 20 hours per week | On-site (some hybrid/remote flexibility)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily financial transactions
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify account accuracy
  • Process invoices, receipts, and vendor payments
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Prepare basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
  • Support month-end and year-end closing tasks
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, experience working for a non-profit a MUST
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
