Resolves day-to-day payroll issues of varied complexity and scope. Assists with software updates and testing. Manages unclaimed property. Prepares analysis and develop key metrics (example timecard reporting). Assists in documentation of department SOPs. Assists the field with questions and training. Prepares monthly payroll accruals. Troubleshoots system and payroll issues. Reviews payroll inbox and either action or assign email. Performs other duties as assigned.
