Job TitleJob SummaryThe primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of travel and expense related applications in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and supports system implementations, upgrades and other projects as assigned.Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesProvide training and support to all users of Travel and Expense Systems like Egencia, Concur, and American Express.Partner with vendors on the administration, implementation and enhancement of Travel and Expense systems.Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot integration issues between Workday, Payroll, Benefits and third-party systems.Collaborate with HR Partners across the business to scope out enhancements and improvement projects; develop ad hoc queries and new standard reporting to support business operations.The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
