Collections Specialist

Description GEM Financial (within Edwards Auto Group) in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Collections specialist/Admin Assistant . GEM Financial is a financing arm of a Buy Here Pay Here car dealership. GEM Financial provides auto loans to clients that have no credit or poor credit. This position will be a hybrid role with multiple job duties and responsibilities. Hours - Monday & Friday 8am-6pm, Tues-Thursday 8am-5pm. 1 Saturday shift per month. $40,000 annually plus bonuses Responsibilities Taking both Inbound & Outbound calls Cashiering, taking payments in-person and over the phone Making payment arrangements with customers Putting together repo packets Communicating and working with outside vendors Other clerical duties as assigned Requirements Excellent communication skills Previous collections experience is highly preferred Previous experience handling payment transactions Strong phone skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
