Role: Cerner – Soarian Financials Location: Remote Duration: Subcon (3-6 Months)

Common Job Description: Experience with Soarian Financials Application support, Incident resolution, Implementation of Soarian Financials Projects. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Soarian Solution functionalities/Components. Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and documenting notes and knowledge articles. Gather requirements and determine scope of work and plan for on time delivery. Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned time sensitive tasks. Develop and maintain good relationships with peers and clients, provide timely feedback to encourage success. Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills both in written and verbal correspondence. Ability to learn and adapt to changing landscape and acquire new skills with technology advancement and to work, coordinate with global teams. Readiness towards work at odd hours/on-call and weekends as and when needed. Should be open to shifts.

Required Skills: Soarian Cerner Soarian Financial Application support, Incident Resolution, Implementation Redesign of existing Cerner Soarian Financial Projects. Experience in the entire workflow of Soarian Financials such as – Encounter Workflows (Creation, Revision, Worklists, Locations, Clinical Services etc.) Physician / Health Provider Additions / Modifications Worklist Creation / Modification and Granting Access to Users Creation / Modification of Encounter Providers and Hierarchies Creation / Modification of Payor, Health Plan, Contracts, Packages Creation / Modification of Reimbursement Rules, BRDT Rule (Business Rules Development Tool) CRDT Rules (Claim / Custom Rules Development Tool) CDQR Rules (Claim Definition Qualification Rule) Quickly adapt to Soarian Interface Knowledge (Openlink / HealthConnect / MoveIt) and learn the associated Down-Stream or Up-Stream Applications. Configuration of CERNER Soarian Financial Application Functionalities / Components Such as – Billing Periods, APC/DRG Values, Classification Master Updates, REGs Updates, HCPCS Codes, ICD10 Codes, Master File Central Maintenance etc. Performing Complex Troubleshooting on issues on – Claims, Remittance, and RGs Analyzing and investigating the cause of the issues and documenting notes and creating KB (Knowledge Base) articles for reference. Monitoring Day End Jobs – Soarian Analytics Library, FTP etc. Key Skill Technically Good Programming knowledge, SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Advanced MS-Excel (Pivot) Thorough Functional Operational Knowledge of Soarian Financial Application. Knowledge of US Healthcare system

Optional Skills STREAMs, EDI (electronic Data Interchange) HL7 Interface Inbound and Outbound Interface Please note: Soarian Clinical skill is not required.
