Servicenow Ai Developer

Work location: Santa Clara, CA - remote job requirement

Required skills and experience:

6-10 years of total experience in software or platform development, including 4+ years working hands-on with ServiceNow (for tech leads, for mid-level 4-6 years exp)
Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and scheduled jobs within ServiceNow
Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search
Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams
For AI/ML engineers, experience working in the AI/ML field is required
