We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our client's growing team. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for a large employee population while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable tax and deduction requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll processing experience, attention to detail, and confidence working within payroll systems to support a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process complete payroll cycles for approximately 500+ employees with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

• Review, calculate, and reconcile payroll taxes to help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Administer wage garnishments and other involuntary deductions, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and remittance.

• Maintain payroll records and verify employee pay data, deductions, and adjustments within Workday.

• Support timekeeping and scheduling-related payroll inputs, including information managed through ShiftWizard when needed.

• Investigate payroll discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and respond to employee payroll-related questions.

• Perform payroll audits and validations before and after processing to reduce errors and ensure data integrity.

• Experience handling full cycle payroll processing in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to manage payroll for workforces exceeding 500 employees.
• Working knowledge of payroll tax practices, calculations, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience administering wage garnishments and related deductions.
• Familiarity with Workday for payroll processing or payroll data management.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
