Position SummaryThe Corporate Quality Director is responsible for leading and advancing the company's quality management systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and certification programs. Working closely with divisional leadership, Quality Managers, and process owners, this role ensures consistent quality performance, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the corporate quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance regarding quality systems, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to drive excellence across all functions.

Quality Management Systems

• Lead and maintain enterprise quality management systems and standards.
• Oversee internal audit programs and ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and certifications.
• Coordinate ISO certification efforts across multiple business units.
• Manage the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of process documentation systems.

Continuous Improvement

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for complex quality and operational challenges.
• Promote Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement best practices.
• Establish, track, and report key quality performance indicators and organizational objectives.

Team Development

• Mentor and support Quality Managers and quality teams across the organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Support organizational capability development through coaching and best-practice sharing.

Customer and Supplier Quality

• Ensure products and services consistently meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Support supplier quality improvement initiatives and risk mitigation efforts.
• Collaborate with operational teams to improve process performance and product quality.

Governance and Compliance

• Oversee the development and maintenance of quality department procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of company policies, financial information, compensation data, and proprietary information.
• Verify compliance with established procedures while balancing quality, efficiency, and cost considerations.

QualificationsEducation

• Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required.

Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in quality leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide quality programs and quality management systems.
• Experience managing ISO certification programs and audit processes.

Languages

• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Spanish preferred.
