Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $135,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) . This pivotal role supports the Director of Nursing in driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive, resident-centered culture within a skilled nursing setting.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a safe, respectful, and high-quality care environment for residents

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing staff

• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure adherence to care standards and best practices

• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, families, and facility leadership

• Proactively address clinical concerns and support interdisciplinary care plan development

• Participate in wound care rounds and promote infection control initiatives

• Assist with state surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance efforts

• Encourage open communication and promote a collaborative, team-oriented culture

 

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience required

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment
