Legal Billing Specialist

Location: Miami, FL: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote after training Type: Direct Hire Position Overview Seeking an experienced Legal Biller to support attorneys and finance teams with accurate and timely billing. The ideal candidate will have strong law firm billing experience and the ability to manage multiple attorneys, clients, and billing requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process monthly legal invoices Review attorney time, expenses, and pre-bills for accuracy Apply client-specific billing guidelines and fee agreements Process adjustments, write-offs, credits, and final invoices Research and resolve billing discrepancies Respond to attorney and client billing questions Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on schedule Maintain billing records and documentation Assist with billing-related projects as needed Qualifications 3+ years of legal billing experience; law firm experience required Strong knowledge of legal billing processes Experience reviewing attorney time and expense entries Understanding of client billing guidelines Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with Elite 3E or other legal billing software preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
