Registered Nurse, Inpatient Rehab Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year References: 1 Reference in entire work history Will be required to pass ECG testing during Onboarding
