Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information about products and services, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. Process orders, changes, and cancellations while keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and actions taken. Collaborate with internal departments for unresolved issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing. Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Datacor being a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong orientation towards service and critical thinking. Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently. Detail-oriented with active listening skills.
