ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2012 and Kevin, the agency owner, has been a longtime resident of this same community. His experienced, multi-lingual team is deeply connected to the area, actively supporting the local school district and sports programs. The office has a close-knit, family feel where collaboration and care for one another are part of everyday life.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kevin Vote - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
