About the Role The CSSU Projects Team is part of the TNT Sports Production Services & Operations Team and supports CSSU Linear Creative and Content, Design, and Sales on the production of all pre‑produced content, graphics, marketing & sales creative elements. The Manager leads the team that project‑manages the production of all pre‑produced content created for TNT Sports linear brands. This position is responsible for long‑range planning, adapting to changing business needs, and creating strategic workflows to meet business demands. The Manager is the main point of contact for internal and external partners, ensuring creative projects receive the necessary project‑management support and operate seamlessly. Role Accountabilities Operational Management Process/workflow for pre‑produced content including in‑game elements, teases, features, and long‑form shows Identify areas within production process that require project‑management support. Work with Senior Project Manager, Director, and Creative leadership to define needs and implement process changes. Identify process issues or concerns and collaborate on solutions. Help implement solutions. Process/workflow gaps Identify areas of the business where process and workflow gaps may exist. Collaborate on possible solutions. Help implement solutions. Lead long‑range content planning and development Work with various groups to determine future content needs. Collaborate closely with Creative Leadership on long‑range planning. Lead project management for content development. Project ownership Manage video content projects from start to finish by defining scope, developing detailed plans and milestones, scheduling production, leading communication, providing status updates, and delivering final assets. Liaison between CSSU creative, production, production management, programming, design, business teams, marketing, sales and sponsorship, league, legal, and talent services. Create, monitor, and maintain tracking grids or systems for all projects, communicating relevant information to stakeholders. Main contact for producers and designers to communicate daily status, monitoring, tracking, and reporting on deliverables. Oversee and execute final delivery of video content to linear and digital supply chains. Liaison with external production partners on project needs, workflow requirements, and final asset delivery. Communicate and adhere to production timelines. Manage approvals and feedback processes and report to management. Find solutions for operational questions or issues within the production team. Work with Producers and the scheduling team on scheduling needs. Budget support Backup and support for budget, forecast, and tracking in the Senior Project Manager and Director’s absence, including month‑to‑month forecasting and yearly budget planning. Individual project budgets: work with Production Manager on full budgets and tracking, onboard vendors, process invoices, and communicate expenses for all project costs such as shoots, music, Getty, post work, talent, etc. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years operational, production, or project‑management experience. 2–3 years management experience. Critical thinking and the ability to evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to and implement solutions. Strong communication skills, ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and clients. Strong organizational skills with an interest in integrating components into clear, concise plans. Understanding of company goals and how they translate to team goals. Acts as a catalyst for change in an ever‑evolving business environment. Flexibility to work unconventional hours, including some nights and weekends. Full‑time position based in Atlanta.
