Educate clients on their insurance policies, coverage options, and billing details to ensure understanding and confidence. Accurately process policy updates, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Manage incoming calls and emails, providing prompt, courteous, and professional responses. Assist licensed agents with administrative support and client follow-up as needed. Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented office environment. Requirements Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required). Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written (required). Proven customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and helping others. Comfortable using office technology, including CRM systems and standard business software.
