Manufacturing Assembler- 2nd Shift

2nd Shift Manufacturing Assemblers We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in Southwest Oklahoma City as 2nd shift Manufacturing Assemblers. This position is ideal for those with a background in assembly, construction, automotive work, or similar manual labor roles who are eager to build a lasting career with a rapidly expanding organization. Compensation $18.72 per hour Shift Hours Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, with potential for extra hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Primary Responsibilities Utilize manual and electric tools to build finished goods Interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and assembly guides Conduct thorough quality checks to help ensure all items meet strict production standards Manage inventory movement and finalize all necessary production paperwork Keep your workstation tidy to help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team Collaborate with colleagues to reach production targets and provide mentorship to new staff Required Skills and Experience Prior proficiency with manual and power tools is an asset Background in automotive, construction, assembly, or general manufacturing is beneficial Consistent punctuality and a proven track record of steady employment Keen focus on precision to help drive high-quality output Capacity to thrive within a high-speed, collaborative setting Eagerness to develop new skills and advance within the organization Core Competencies Mechanical Assembly Proficiency Practical experience working within a manufacturing facility #J-18808-Ljbffr
