In this role you will play a critical role in helping individuals, families, and businesses protect their assets and plan for the future. You’ll develop leads, build relationships, and match customers with insurance products that meet their needs—all while getting mentorship from our agency in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect to provided marketing leads
• Follow up regularly with prospects and current clients to hit production goals
• Help individuals, businesses, and families select the most appropriate policies for health, life, auto and properties
• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
• Pass on issues to account managers when needed
• Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
• Answer questions and make changes to existing policies
• Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues

You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon the start of employment.

Compensation shown includes average commissions; commission is uncapped with no earning limits.
