Nice to have skills Familiarity with Patient Support Programs (PSP), including Intelligent onboarding, Adherence & patient engagement, Affordability workflows (copay, benefits verification, reimbursement support), Specialty pharmacy processes (nice to have). Detailed Job Description We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst BSA with 8 years of industry experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Patient Support Services. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery of systems that support patient services, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Healthcare Pharma Domain Expertise Work on systems related to patient support programs, clinical data, claims processing, CRM platforms, Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute Good understanding of regulated environments, EGHIPAA and patient privacy considerations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
