Systems AdministratorThis resource will need to use their own device to connect via Citrix and come into the office for at least two days a week in accordance to the team's hybrid policy. Title: Systems AdministratorRequirements:SCCMPackaging applications using Powershell, InstallshieldFlexApp Project: This team is responsible for building all the applications that come through the firm and making them available for users. This role will specifically focus on creating and working with uninstalls.Summary: The main function of a Systems Administrator is to be responsible for system administration of core systems as well as monitoring and repair of high performance computing systems. Ensures consistent and reliable operation including enterprise servers and network infrastructure.Job Responsibilities:Provides wide ranging system administration in a multi-platform environmentResponsible for general systems administration tasks including system configuration management, OS installations, security updates, urgent system patchingWrites and implements scripts to automate tasksAbility to identify and troubleshoot hardware components that are problematicPerforms daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, network disruption awareness and predefined key processesReviews system logs, application logs and security logsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required5-7 years experience requiredProven work experience as a system or network administratorRequired Skills: Position is Hybrid role- 2 Days a week on site in Baltimore, MD.
