Who We're Looking For Codeworks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead business-focused initiatives from planning through execution. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to partner effectively with both business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate work across business teams and project partners. Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies. Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. Maintain project documentation and action-item tracking. Support decision-making and help remove project roadblocks. Ensure projects remain aligned with business goals and expected outcomes. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience. Experience leading complex cross-functional projects. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Financial services, banking, insurance, or investment industry experience. Contact center or customer service operations experience. Experience supporting business and technology-driven initiatives. PMP certification preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Contract Duration Contract through the end of 2027 with potential for extension or hire. Additional Information No C2C. Candidates must be able to work directly on W2. Compensation The base range for this contract position is $45.00 - $60.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
