Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for dentistry and customer care?

Front Office Patient Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients
- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and specialists
- Educate patients on treatment options, financial responsibilities, and insurance coverage
- Verify patient insurance information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with billing and collections
- Provide administrative support to the dental office

Skills:
- Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Softdent or Eaglesoft.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures, optional treatments.
- Experience with front desk operations and phone systems

- Social Media skills
- Ability to handle dental records in a confidential manner
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Please note that this position does not require any ER-related skills.
