Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Current and active state SLP license
• Recent experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable, organized, and able to engage students of various backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow specialists to support student growth and academic achievements
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Educate staff and parents on strategies to foster communication development both inside and outside the classroom
