Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Licensed Architect to join our Canton, OH office. The ideal candidate is passionate about architecture and eager to grow and lead a team of professionals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the project design team across all phases of design Prepare original architectural design layouts, details, drawings, and specifications Review architectural documents for conflicts across all disciplines Coordinate and integrate architectural design work with other engineering disciplines Apply critical thinking to evaluate, select, and implement design techniques appropriate to each project What You'll Bring Licensure: NCARB Registered Architect required Experience: Minimum 5 years of related architectural experience Software: Experience with Revit a plus Codes & jurisdictions: Familiarity with local codes and authorities having jurisdiction Client management: Proficiency managing client, owner, and contractor relationships Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills Leadership: Leadership and time management skills to keep projects on schedule and on budget Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Mentorship: Ability to mentor and develop junior staff Work style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Travel: Periodic travel to project sites required Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance; flexible spending and dependent care accounts; a Health Savings Account with company contributions; company‑paid short‑and long‑term disability; and a $100,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company.
