Marketing Coordinator

Protomiq is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help bring campaigns and field marketing initiatives to life. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how modern B2B SaaS marketing works—from events to automation to social. You'll work across the marketing team to execute campaigns, support events, and keep core campaigns within HubSpot running smoothly.This role sits at the center of marketing execution. You'll help ensure campaigns run smoothly, events convert to pipeline, and our systems stay organized and scalable.Field Marketing & EventsSupport planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and regional eventsCoordinate logistics, including materials, shipping, booth assets, and vendor communicationAssist with pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaignsHelp track and report on event performance and pipeline impactFollow-up on events one on one with salesCampaign Execution (HubSpot) - Types: Event, Demand Gen, RegionalBuild emails, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpotManage campaign setup, tagging, and list segmentationSupport lead routing, data hygiene, and campaign reportingWork with the team to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform as expectedSocial Media & Content SupportSchedule and publish posts across social channelsRepurpose content into social formats (event promotion, product highlights, customer stories)Maintain a consistent publishing cadence aligned with campaignsBuildout and support team on pre and post webinar workMarketing Operations & AdminMaintain marketing calendars and project trackersHelp manage assets, templates, and campaign documentationSupport data cleanup and CRM organizationJump in on ad hoc projects as marketing priorities evolveQualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience working in HubSpot is a mustFamiliar with Salesforce reports and dashboardsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProactive and willing to take ownership of tasksCurious about how marketing drives pipeline and revenueComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentUp to 25% travel for in person events, conferences, and field marketing effortsNice to HaveExperience supporting events or field marketingBasic understanding of email marketing and campaign performance reportingExperience in B2B SaaS and automotive tech a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
