Bartender

Bartender Position at United Center

Join our team at the iconic United Center, the largest arena in the United States, located near the West Side of Chicago. Home to the Chicago Blackhawks (NHL) and Chicago Bulls (NBA), the United Center also hosts world-class concerts and events. We're looking for professional and energetic Bartenders to help deliver a high-quality, all-inclusive guest experience in this fast-paced, high-volume venue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain bar with liquor, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Greet guests and inform them of the club's all-inclusive offerings.
• Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly per Levy standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and fulfill special guest requests.
• Work with bar backs to restock product and clean glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar throughout the event.
• Accurately complete event paperwork and sign in/out procedures.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service (must check ID for anyone under 21).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
