HR Director

- Executive Partnership: Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with industrial business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment and onboarding for skilled trades, field operations, and office staff.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to employment laws, DOT regulations, and industry standards.
- Employee Relations: Resolve complex personnel issues and conduct internal investigations discreetly.
- Safety & Workers' Comp: Collaborate with safety teams to manage claims and support field risk mitigation.
- Benefits & Compensation: Oversee wage structures, performance reviews, and health benefit programs.
- Policy Management: Develop and enforce company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
- Workforce Retention: Drive engagement, training, and conflict resolution to reduce turnover.
- HRIS & Payroll Support: Maintain employee data, record-keeping systems, and reporting metrics.
- Risk Mitigation: Manage offboarding, terminations, and legal compliance regarding exits.
