Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses. Provide routine check-ups and preventive care services.Health Promotion and Education - Educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention. Discuss age-appropriate screenings and immunizations with patients.Chronic Disease Management - Manage and monitor patients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Coordinate care with specialists when needed.Family-Centered Care - Foster open communication to address family health concerns. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Record Keeping - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.Collaboration with Specialists - Consult with and refer patients to specialists as needed. Coordinate care plans with other healthcare providers.Emergency Care - Respond to medical emergencies and provide initial stabilization.Community Engagement - Engage in community health initiatives and educational programs.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Required EducationMedical Doctor degree or DO Degree from an accredited institution.Required Experience3 years residency training in Family Medicine.Required Licenses and CertificationsCurrent unrestricted State Medical License.Board certification in Family Medicine.Current State D.E.A.
