Community Engagement & Volunteer Leadership Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, businesses, and local partners Recruit, screen, onboard, train, and support volunteers Match volunteers with meaningful opportunities Promote volunteer programs through community outreach and networking Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteer inquiries Program Coordination Coordinate volunteer activities, projects, and special events Track volunteer participation, hours, and program outcomes Create volunteer training materials and newsletters Facilitate ongoing communication with school staff, community partners, and CHS team members Partner with program staff to identify volunteer needs Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives Represent CHS and our values in every interaction What Makes You a Great Fit?
