Insurance Account Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview No two days look the same at Ashlee Kennedy State Farm. We are hiring an Insurance Account Specialist in Crescent Springs, KY who enjoys variety — helping existing customers with their policies one hour and winning a brand-new customer the next — and who wants to own those relationships for the long haul. Responsibilities Serve as the customer’s point of contact for quotes, coverage changes, billing questions, and policy reviews Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross‑selling during reviews Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow‑ups Qualifications No prior experience required — we will train you Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude Comfortable balancing sales goals with day-to-day customer service Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with employer match Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Company events, contests, and team lunches Pay range: $60,000-$85,000 per year This includes base salary, commissions, and bonuses.
