Staff Accountant

Our client, a growing real estate investment and family office organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities. Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations. Assist with the preparation and coordination of tax return information. Prepare and post recurring journal entries. Assemble lender reporting packages, including bank draws and reserve requests. Monitor and manage cash activity across an assigned portfolio of entities. Support month-end close and other accounting projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance. Prior accounting experience in a real estate, property management, private investment, or family office environment is required. Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and organize financial data. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
