Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while bringing our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in accordance with site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support security-related operations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or delivery traffic, verify credentials or authorizations as directed, and report concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support daily security-related functions by observing trailer yards, dock areas, inventory movement zones, and other operational spaces for policy compliance, hazards, and/or maintenance issues, then communicate findings through appropriate reporting channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
