Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:

• Conducts comprehensive physical assessments and develops individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness.
• Evaluate strength, coordination, balance, and other key functions to determine patients' abilities and support reintegration into daily life or the workplace.
• Treatment includes therapeutic interventions, patient education, and assistive devices, with ongoing revisions as needed.
• Contributes to the physician's effectiveness by identifying patient care issues, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing physician directives.
• Collaborates closely with physicians and care teams to address urgent patient needs and ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary: Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $91,969.28 - $137,935.92 per year.

Workdays: This role will be primarily located at the Physical Therapy East Clinic in Northeast Portland. Occasional coverage may be required on an as-needed basis at the Physical Therapy Clinic at The Oregon Clinic Creekside Pavilion in Southwest Beaverton. Typical hours are Monday-Friday (Shift schedules are flexible, with ending times of either 5:40 PM or 6:00 PM, and based on the candidate's preference for an 8-, 9-, or 10-hour workday).

Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:

• A Master's degree or better in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate is strongly preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Oregon.
• Minimum 3 (three) years' experience as an Orthopedics Physical Therapist is preferred. Minimum 5 (five) years of experience is strongly preferred.
• Specialty certification in orthopedics (OCS) or strength and conditioning (SCS) is preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
• Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred. Epic experience is a plus!
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask
• Excellent attendance and work ethic.
• Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
• A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
