Position Summary The Child and Adolescent Intake Therapist conducts comprehensive intake evaluations and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to connect patients with the appropriate ongoing care. Maintain timely documentation and patient records. Involve family members or outside specialists when appropriate. The Basics You'll Need Independent license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Virginia. At least one year of experience providing direct care to children and adolescent patients. At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
