Your goal is to respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, answer questions, build rapport, and set qualified appointments for our sales floor.Lead Management: Respond rapidly to inbound internet leads, customer inquiries, and chat requests from various automotive portals, social media, and our dealership website.Communication: Engage customers professionally through phone calls, text messaging, and personalized email correspondence.Appointment Coordination: Guide prospective buyers through vehicle availability, pricing, and financing options, with the primary objective of scheduling showroom visits.CRM Maintenance: Update and manage all customer interactions meticulously in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to ensure seamless follow-ups.Inventory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on vehicle specs, trim levels, features, incentives, and dealership promotions.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales floor and finance department to ensure a smooth transition and a stellar experience when the customer arrives.
