Tableau Developer / Tableau Analyst

Job Description Seeking a candidate to develop new Tableau dashboards and manage, maintain, and enhance existing ones based on supervisory needs. The role includes meetings with internal clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment. Short Description Complete Description Employment Type: Contract w2/1099/C2C The Client is seeking a candidate with extensive experience creating Tableau dashboards with Microsoft SQL database and other data sources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong sense of ownership and a project management mindset. This role requires the ability to independently create work plans, manage assigned projects and tasks, follow through on deliverables, and produce high-quality dashboards on time. All work must meet internal client expectations as well as supervisor standards. Responsibilities Develop new Tableau dashboards and manage and improve existing ones per the supervisor's requests. Deliver high‑quality work on time. Attend necessary meetings with internal clients and stakeholders to collect input and seek feedback. Present on dashboard drafts. Take meeting notes and create next‑step action plans. Document tasks and progress per the supervisor's instructions. Coordinate with IT, Database team, GIS team, data source vendors, and other necessary technical stakeholders to identify data sources, tables, and fields for dashboard creation. Skills Matrix Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience BA experience Basic knowledge of business systems analysis, Tableau dashboard development Familiar with data analysis, data visualization, dashboard maintenance, report development Understanding of requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, technical documentation, process improvement, and workflow analysis Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr AHU Technologies
