What You'll Do

• Develop Technical Estimates Provide detailed cost evaluations for pre-engineered and hybrid buildings, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Support Sales & Engineering Serve as a key resource in preconstruction efforts by preparing professional proposals, performing structural design assessments, and offering technical insights.
• Assess Project Profitability & Risk Evaluate potential projects to ensure alignment with financial goals, risk management strategies, and customer satisfaction.
• Engage with Clients & Stakeholders Communicate highly complex technical information with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers to support seamless project execution.
• Optimize Cost & Efficiency Utilize engineering software, brand processes, and pricing systems to generate precise estimates and innovative solutions.
• Lead Knowledge Sharing Train and mentor colleagues on estimating best practices, company products, and software tools to drive team excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in estimating, design, or project management.
• In lieu of degree, 10 years of experience in estimating, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in estimating pre-engineered building systems.
• Knowledge of structural design
