Marketing Strategist

DEWETRON is seeking an experienced marketing professional to serve as the strategic link between our U.S. organization and global headquarters. This role will drive regional marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, support sales growth, and help position DEWETRON within the broader Anritsu family while leveraging synergies with sister companies such as Takasago. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between HQ and the North American market. Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives aligned with global strategy. Coordinate with Global Marketing Manager to manage and optimize the U.S. marketing budget. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement activities. Coordinate regional content needs and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and HQ teams. Build relationships with industry media, partners, universities, and key market influencers. Identify opportunities to promote combined solutions and capabilities across DEWETRON, Anritsu, and Takasago. Analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Mentor junior marketing personnel and help elevate marketing professionalism and execution. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technical markets such as industrial, test and measurement, or aerospace. Master’s degree in marketing or similar. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience coordinating brand initiatives, driving brand awareness, and lead-generation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to work across international and cross-functional organizations. Strategic thinker capable of translating business objectives into measurable marketing programs. Willingness to travel: Business trips to the HQ offices in the US and Austria and to support key tradeshows and conferences in the USA What This Role Is Not A graphic design position.
