Pay Range: $47.50 - $71.25

Position Highlights

• Full Time Opportunity
• Join team of 1 Physician
• Office Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Embedded care team support (RN Care Managers, MSWs, CHWs, Diabetes Educator, PharmD)
• Lab, pharmacy & interpreter services
• Located less than 2 blocks from our main hospital, Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center
• Access to additional System level care management resources and virtual technology

Ideal Candidate

• Primary Care experience is preferred
• Passionate about caring for underserved, medically complex patients within a practice that embodies diversity of race, culture, ethnicity and language.
