RN - Stepdown

Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in stepdown care, critical care experience is preferred. Previous travel nursing experience is strongly desired. This position will operate on a float pool basis, providing support to various units, including ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units. RNs may also care for pediatric patients in the ER, contingent upon their level of experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit.Provide leadership within the nursing team.Utilize the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans.Collaborate with all healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care within a healing environment for patients and their families.Job RequirementsEducation: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN is preferred.Licensure: Current RN license in Arkansas or a Compact State in good standing.Certification: BLS certification is required.Safety Sensitive DesignationThis position is designated as safety sensitive in accordance with governing regulations.ScheduleShifts available are night shifts, working 4x12 hours.
