Value Stream Leader

Baxter seeks a Value Stream Leader to drive operational excellence at its Puerto Rico manufacturing facility. The role focuses on process optimization, continuous improvement, and performance management using industrial engineering methodologies and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools
• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement optimized processes
• Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to establish labor standards
• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards for real-time performance tracking
• Lead cross-functional improvement teams and facilitate Kaizen events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related field
• Three or more years of supervisory or operational excellence experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience in regulated FDA manufacturing environment preferred
• Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and standard operating procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze business data and interpret technical procedures
