Litigation Legal Assistant

Dubin Law Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support our personal injury litigation team. This role is responsible for managing case documentation, coordinating with medical providers and insurance carriers, and ensuring litigation deadlines and discovery processes are handled with precision. What You’ll Do Draft, propound, and respond to discovery requests Maintain accurate case records in Filevine and shared drives Manage attorney calendars, including court deadlines and case schedules Coordinate with medical providers, insurance carriers, and subrogation entities Request and review insurance policies, declarations pages, and PIP/UIM documentation Track and verify medical billing and lien balances Process case expenses, invoices, and cost tracking Organize and maintain detailed case documentation and digital files Draft balance confirmations, withdrawal letters, and disbursement documentation Assist paralegals and attorneys with litigation support and case preparation What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience as a litigation legal assistant Experience supporting personal injury or civil litigation cases preferred Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to manage multiple cases and litigation deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience working with case management software (Filevine preferred) Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and paralegals Medical Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Plan Long-Term Disability Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Why This Role Stands Out Integral role supporting active litigation matters Exposure to discovery, insurance, medical billing, and subrogation processes On-site position with a consistent weekday schedule Clear growth opportunities within litigation support and paralegal roles About Dubin Law Group Dubin Law Group is dedicated to providing exceptional representation to our clients while fostering a collaborative, professional, and detail-driven work environment.
