About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Director for Commercial Strategy and Operations to the President. This pivotal role demands a professional with a strategic and operational mindset, capable of serving as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the executive office. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing key enterprise initiatives, commercial execution, and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, executive partnership, and commercial operations. The role requires a leader who can translate executive priorities into actionable plans, lead the preparation for executive meetings, and support decision-making through structured analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting or investment banking, with a proven track record of supporting senior executives in high-growth or complex environments. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, financial services, fintech, or payments. A strong foundational background in management consulting and/or investment banking is essential, as is experience in consumer banking, payments, fintech, lending, financial infrastructure, or integrated B2B solutions. The role requires a candidate with exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills, who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. The Senior Director will be expected to have a high degree of ownership, urgency, and accountability, and to be adept at managing executive office priorities and special projects.
