Staff Accountant II

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Staff Accountant II who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and being part of a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include:
- Process and support Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, invoicing, cash applications, bank reconciliations, and collections activities
- Prepare account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reconciliation items
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and support standard daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules
- Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records
- Perform inventory accounting and reporting activities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to support business objectives
